Synchrony Chiropractic, a service of RiverTown Chiropractic, LLC · Effective August 8, 2026

Synchrony Chiropractic is owned and operated by RiverTown Chiropractic, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms apply to your use of the Synchrony Chiropractic online booking site and to the appointment notifications we send. By booking an appointment or creating an account, you agree to them. The service

Synchrony Chiropractic is a mobile chiropractic practice serving people and animals in Central and North Florida. This site lets you request an appointment at your address. When you book, you receive a two-hour arrival window; we then confirm your exact arrival time (usually the day before) once the day's driving route is set. Windows shown online reflect our real availability and travel times, but all appointments remain subject to confirmation.

Payment

A card is saved securely with Stripe when you book, to hold your appointment. Your card is never charged online. You pay at your visit, as always.

Cancellations and changes

Life happens — if you need to change or cancel a visit, reply to any of our messages, text or call us, or email hello@synchronychiro.com as early as you can so we can offer your spot to another client on the route.

SMS text-messaging program

Text messages are optional: booking works fully without them, with appointment updates arriving by email instead. If you check the texting box while booking, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Synchrony Chiropractic (RiverTown Chiropractic, LLC): booking confirmations, arrival-time confirmations, appointment reminders, and on-the-way / arrival-status updates. This is a customer-care program — we do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies with your appointments (typically 2–5 messages per visit).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts. After you opt out, we'll confirm by text one final time, then contact you about appointments by email or phone instead.
• Reply HELP for help, or reach us at hello@synchronychiro.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled, and how opting in works. Your mobile number and texting consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Care disclaimer

Booking online requests an appointment for chiropractic care; it is not medical advice. Specific care decisions are made with you (or for your animal, with you as the owner) at the visit.

Acceptable use

Please use the site only to book genuine appointments for yourself, your family, or your animals. We may cancel bookings or accounts that are fraudulent or abusive.

Liability

We work hard to keep the site and its notifications accurate and reliable, but they are provided "as is" — we can't guarantee the site will always be available or that every message will be delivered by your carrier. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with the site is limited to re-booking your appointment.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
