SMS Text-Message Program & Opt-In

Synchrony Chiropractic sends appointment-related SMS/text messages only: booking confirmations, arrival-time confirmations, appointment reminders, and on-the-way updates. This is a customer-care program — no marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your appointments (typically 2–5 messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help.
How clients opt in
Consent is collected on the booking form at schedule.synchronychiro.com/book via a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Checking it is not required to book or to use any part of the service — clients who leave it unchecked receive all appointment updates by email instead. This is the exact consent language shown next to the checkbox:

This online checkbox is the only way clients are enrolled in text messages — there is no other sign-up channel for this program.
After opting in
- Clients immediately receive a confirmation text describing the program, message frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP options.
- Every consent is recorded with a timestamp, and no text of any kind is sent to a client who hasn't opted in.
- Replying STOP ends all texting immediately; we then use email or phone for appointment updates.
