Synchrony Chiropractic is owned and operated by RiverTown Chiropractic, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide mobile chiropractic care for people and animals across Central and North Florida, and this website lets you book those visits online. Information we collect

• Contact and booking details — your name, email address, phone number, service address, appointment details, and any notes you provide about yourself or your animals.
• Account information — if you create an account: your login email, a securely hashed password, and your saved animals.
• Payment information — your card is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only a secure reference to the card so you can pay at your visit.
• Messages — records of the appointment emails and text messages we send you, and text messages you send us.

How we use it

• Scheduling and providing your visits, including planning our driving route to your address.
• Sending appointment-related notifications — booking confirmations, your confirmed arrival time, day-of reminders, and on-the-way updates — by email and, with your consent, by text message.
• Holding your appointment with a card on file (charged only at your visit, never online).
• Responding when you contact us, and keeping basic records of care.

Text messaging (SMS)

Text messages are optional — you can book and use the service fully without them. If you check the texting box while booking, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Synchrony Chiropractic (RiverTown Chiropractic, LLC): booking confirmations, arrival-time confirmations, reminders, and on-the-way updates. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that operate this booking system on our behalf — our website host, database provider, Google (calendar and email), Stripe (payments), our text-messaging provider, and mapping services used to plan driving routes — and only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.

Keeping your information safe

Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Card details live with Stripe, not with us. We keep booking records as long as we need them to run the practice and meet our legal obligations.

Your choices

• Opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us to see, update, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@synchronychiro.com.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
